Do not step on the heel of the shoe

The heel counter, which is built into the heel area, is the most important part of the protective function of the shoe.
As it is made of a hard material (resin), it can be deformed when the heel area is stepped on, this can tear the inside of the shoe and injure your foot. Deformation of the heel counter prevents the shoe from performing its full function.
For this reason, always loosen the shoelaces sufficiently before putting on the shoes. Repeatedly placing your foot on top of the heel, can cause the heel counter to deform even under weak pressure. Loosen the shoelaces when taking off the shoe as well.
Once deformed, it cannot be recovered, so please be careful.
